Nia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in International Development from the University of Leeds (UK), followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management from Birkbeck, University of London (UK). With over ten years of event management experience, Nia has worked with some of the UK’s most iconic institutions – including the Barbican Centre and the University of Cambridge. Nia has also worked with several associations in the UK and Europe before establishing herself as a freelance Event Manager – delivering events across the UK and Europe. Before emigrating to Australia with her young family at the beginning of 2022, Nia worked as a Personal Assistant and has several years of experience working closely with prominent public figures.
Tully joins the AICC from the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia (AmCham), the nation’s largest international chamber, where he served as General Manager. Tully established his career working in strategic communication, corporate affairs, and strategy, and prior to joining AmCham, worked for the top ten ASX-listed Telstra Corporation. As a strategist, Tully has significant experience leading organisations at both an executive and board level. He has also supported several start-up businesses, with a speciality in new and emerging technology. Tully has twice been included in the Ipsos Global Reputation Council, considered the definitive list of the world’s most influential communicators, and, with approximately 100 people included globally each year, is one of only a small number of Australians to have made the list. Passionate about his community Tully contributes through a number of board-level positions in the not-for-profit sector. Tully’s service has been recognised with, among others, a Prime Minister of Australia’s Award for Service to the Community. Tully is a member of the Melbourne Stars cricket team, the Essendon Football Club, and the Victoria Racing Club, and he enjoys skiing, golf, food, and wine. Tully lives with his partner, Agnes, and their dogs in Point Cook, in one of Australia’s fastest-growing communities, Melbourne’s West.
